​The Freedom Clinic is a School-Based Health Center that provides convenient, accessible, and trusted healthcare for members of the RVLA community. Enrolling gives students access to care when they need it, helps decrease barriers like long wait times to see your clinic or doctor, and connects them with supportive adults and services they can rely on. The Freedom Clinic is committed to providing culturally responsive, compassionate care that supports students' health and well-being.

Steps to get enrolled: 
1) Visit the Freedom Clinic website (Linked below) to complete intake form.
2) Gather require documents and submit intake form. 
3) Call to schedule an appointment.

School-Based Health Centers Entail Scheduled Appointments.

• Doctor Wellness/Sports Physicals
• Sick Visits
• Prescribing/re-filling medication when needed
• Pre-existing Injury or Wound
• Joint or Muscle Pain
• Treating stomachache, headache, or cramps (with medication)
• Mental Health
• Sexual and Reproductive Health
• Acupuncture
• Naturopathic Medicine/Herbal Medicine
• And more!

These services are billed to your insurance; cost depends on your co-pay / deductible and what your insurance covers.

School Nursing entails walk-in or self-service:

• Band-aid
• Pads/tampons or other hygiene items
• Ice for injury
• Determining if your scholar should go home to recover
• First aid

These services are free of charge to all enrolled RVLA scholars
